01. FLIGHT TRACKING
We monitor your flight status in real-time. If you are delayed, we hold your flat-rate price and will text you when the Expedition is on approach.
02. CHILD SEATS
Complimentary child and booster seats are provided for every passenger. Please notify us at booking to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
03. BILLING
Every trip includes a detailed receipt emailed after completion. For corporate clients, we provide monthly statements for expense reporting.
04. SERVICE RADIUS
We serve Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Special requests for Naples or Orlando are available upon prior notice.
05. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before pick-up. After that, a 50% fee applies. Flight delays are never charged.
06. OVERSIZED LUGGAGE
Our vehicle is equipped to handle large luggage. Please inform us of any oversized items during booking to ensure a smooth loading process.
